For Halloween i am dressing up as the queen of hearts, how would i do my hair and makeup for this character?
any ideas appreciated 
hair pulled back into a high,tight bun with a crown or tiara
white powder base makeup
deep red lipstick, preferably just down the center of your lips like a pout / "fish lips" (like Queen Amidala from Star Wars or a Japanese Geisha Girl)
heavy black liquid eyeliner swept across top lid and flared out a little on the sides ( either classic like Marilyn Monroe or more extreme like Amy Winehouse) with lots of mascara (2 coats on top lashes, one coat on the bottom) or false eyelashes.
bright red lipstick or cream makeup in circles (like cartoon blushing) or hearts on your cheeks
alternating red and black fingernail polish

have your hair back in a bun with a tiara and get black and red face paint and draw 2 hearts on either cheek

dust your face with some white powder makeup
Go over-the-top with some red blush
Have some bright [but deep] red lipstick, out line with a darker shade
Very highlighted eyes; use black…..more drama than brown

do an up-do with no part. for fun spray some red or white hairspray

Seriously curly hair with (hopefully you’ve got one) a crown on top! I mean the lovely tight curls you can achieve with small irons or curlers!
As for make up go for a dramatic mix of golds and red! Its all about the drama and you are going to be a queen after all and it is halloween so you should go over the top!

Last year, I was Alice in Wonderland, my bf was the Mad Hatter and my mom was the Queen of Hearts. I did her makeup.
for the queen of hearts you could have the top of your hair tyed back and pinned back with a tiara or a crown, and leave the bottom half down.
for make up you should use glitter as shes quite a classy character
so you could merge like a red glitter into a silver one; i recomend barry m glitter dust as it looks very showy.
You could also purchase a pair of contacts if you wanted to go really full out, you can get diffrent colours and ones with heart shapes and thing out of most good cosmetic and some fashion shops. You should also paint some hearts on your face
