i already bought my Halloween costume a while ago. i bought it the 2nd day the Spirit store was open. it's called a blue Spelladonna. there's a link at the bottom to see it. but really, who the heck knows what a Spelladonna is, right? so since i couldn't find a appropriate Queen Of Hearts Costume, which is what i really wanted to be for halloween, i decided that since the costume has hearts on it, i can call it the queen of hearts. since then i bought a crown, blue leggings, white heels and a wand. that way i can really milk the "queen" of it all. so tell me if you think this costume, http://www.spirithalloween.com/details/zoom.aspx?image=00764498.interactive.a.jpg&FulfillmentSystemProductID=764498, in blue can work.
here's the links for the Accessories:

p.s i threw away the hat that the costume came with.
I love it... It's very cool and creative... The only other thing I would add is like a blue cape or capelet... it will add more blue... and also look more like royalty.... like this... only in blue... and if you know someone who can sew... it's not a terribly difficult thing to make.

Or even instead of a cape or capelet, you could do a very full blue feather boa.
and rather than a wand, you should look for a sceptor....
something like this...

and you could easily paint the red parts a blue similar to your leggings.
